READ OUR STORY

Hi, I’m Igomene Joseph. For over 15 years, I’ve poured my energy, dedication, and persistence into developing, implementing, and refining the FPS technique alongside my team, the Anger Warriors. Through extensive training, mentorship, and personal practice, I’ve not only built this program—I’ve lived it. I believe in leading by example, promoting authenticity, and encouraging honest emotional expression as a path to healing deep-seated anger.

There was a time when my anger felt overwhelming—like it controlled me. Today, I’m proud to share the FPS technique, a method that helped me transform my life. FPS is acronym that stands for Feeling, Problem, and Solution. It’s based on the principle of I-statements and designed to address anger at its core, offering practical tools to release built-up emotions while fostering clear, confident, and constructive communication. Used effectively,it provides a healthy, non-confrontational way to process intense feelings and create lasting change.

So many people carry silent anger every day. FPS offers a way to turn that into something positive—an opportunity for growth, self-awareness, and better connection with others. I’ve built a thriving Facebook community with nearly 10,000 members, supported by a dedicated team of 15 FPS Warriors who help guide discussions and teach the technique to others.

Together, we’re creating a growing network committed to sharing this tool and expanding this movement. I invite you to be part of this opportunity to bring healthier, more effective communication strategies to a wider audience.

Sincerely,

Mr. Igomene Joseph
